Simply go to FedEx.com and select "Manage Your Delivery" under the "Tracking" menu. It is free and easy to set up FedEx Delivery Manager.
This tool allows you to redirect packages to a location for pickup, put a temporary hold on packages for up to 14 days, sign up for tracking alerts, and leave specific delivery instructions for your driver.
