Starting three years after purchase, we offer an easy, hassle-free mattress replacement option that doesn't require approval of a warranty claim. The Don't Lose Sleep program eliminates much of the back-and-forth of the claims process, and you'll never have to go a night without the comfort of a Nolah bed. Here's how it works:
If you choose the Don't Lose Sleep option, you'll receive a new Nolah mattress for a prorated price and get to keep your original Nolah mattress. With this policy, you'll never have to submit a warranty claim.
In all circumstances, the following terms apply:
Within 3-5 Years of Purchase– For 50 percent of the original price you paid, we'll deliver a brand new Nolah mattress of the same or a comparable model.
Within 6-10 Years of Purchase– For 60 percent of the original price you paid, we'll deliver a brand new Nolah mattress of the same or a comparable model.
After 10 Years of Purchase– For 80 percent of the original price you paid, we'll deliver a brand new Nolah mattress of the same or a comparable model.
The "Don't Lose Sleep" option lives up to its name. Between your original mattress and the discounted new one, you'll never go a night without a comfortable bed and don't have to worry about a warranty claim. Plus, you end up with two mattresses to use as you please.
