We’re all about making sure you love your Nolah products, which is why we offer a 120-night trial for mattresses and a 30-night trial for foundations, frames, and bedding. Just a heads-up though, adjustable bases are final sale and can not be returned, boxed or unboxed.
If you decide a product isn’t the perfect fit, no problem! Even though our mattresses and foundations won’t fit back in the original box once opened—we’ve got you covered.
Our Return's Team will coordinate pickup of your mattress or foundation. It’s totally hassle-free and at no cost to you*. Once the pickup is confirmed, we’ll refund your full purchase price.
Here’s how it works:
- Mattresses: Eligible for a return between nights 31 and 120 of your trial. We allow one mattress return per household.
- Foundations, frames, and bedding: Returns are accepted within 30 nights.
- Adjustable bases: Final sale, no exceptions
- Accessories: Returns are accepted within 30 nights from date of delivery. There is no restocking fee.
