Absolutely! Our warranties are designed to give you peace of mind by covering defects in materials and workmanship, ensuring long-lasting quality and support. We know life can throw the occasional curveball, and while rare, issues with a product can happen.
Here’s how long your coverage lasts by product:
- Mattresses: Limited lifetime warranty.
- Adjustable bases: Limited warranty of up to 10 years.
- Platform Base, Upholstered Bed Frames and Alaskan King Bed Frame: 1-year limited warranty.
- Bedding: 2-year limited warranty.
- Mattress Toppers : Limited(10) year warranty for foam and coil components, and limited (1) year warranty for cover.
Our mattress warranty has you covered for life, but here’s what isn’t included:
- Normal wear and tear on the cover.
- Mold or mildew.
- Softening over time.
- Indentations less than 1.5".
- Personal feel preferences.
- Issues from storing mattresses in the box for 30+ days.
- Comfort preference beyond the 120 day trial period.
- Odor or new foam smell.
- Stains, tears, burns, pet damage, or spills.
- Any mattress (whether manufactured by Nolah or not) sold by resellers who are not authorized retailers of Nolah
