If you selected White Glove Delivery during checkout, this service is designed to make delivery and setup as easy and convenient as possible.
What Happens After I Place My Order?
Your items will typically ship to Ryder, our White Glove Delivery partner, within approximately 7 to 15 business days after your order is placed.
You will still receive FedEx tracking information for each product included in your order. Please note that if you ordered a mattress and/or base with White Glove Delivery, those items are being delivered to Ryder’s local delivery hub first, not directly to your home.
Accessories such as pillows, protectors, and toppers will typically ship directly to you via FedEx and are not delivered through Ryder.
Once Ryder receives your shipment at the local delivery hub, their team will contact you within approximately 3 business days to schedule your delivery appointment.
What Happens on Delivery Day?
On the day of delivery, Ryder will typically contact you when the delivery team is about 30 minutes away.
Their team will:
• Deliver your items into your home
• Set up eligible products in the room of your choice
• Remove packaging materials after setup
Can I Add or Remove White Glove Delivery After Ordering?
Please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to add or remove White Glove Delivery services from the order.
