Many of our customers donate their old mattresses to local charities like the Salvation Army or homeless shelters. That said, we recommend calling ahead, as many charities cannot accept mattresses for sanitation reasons. Also, keep in mind that many states only allow you to donate sanitized mattresses free from rips, tears, and stains.
Depending on where you live, you may have access to a recycling service with a used mattress program. If you're interested in selling your used mattress, be sure to check your state's mattress resale laws.
