Delivery Times
Once your order ships, usually within an estimated 3–7 business days via FedEx, you’ll receive an email so you can follow its progress. Nolah mattresses are made-to-order to ensure quality, so they’ll ship out as soon as they’re ready.
Here’s how long delivery typically takes:*
Standard Shipping (via FedEx)
- U.S.: 3–7 business days once shipped
- Canada: 7–10 business days, depending on customs clearance.
In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder (mattresses and bases in the contiguous U.S. only)
- 7–15 business days after processing. We will make and ship your items to our delivery partner team, Ryder, who will then reach out to you directly to schedule your service. The date offered for your delivery and setup may be after the 7-15 business day estimate, depending on your area. It will be worth the extra wait!
Tracking Your Order
- You’ll get a tracking email after your order ships. For orders with multiple items, each item ships separately, and you’ll receive tracking details for each one.
- Standard Shipping (via FedEx): Use the FedEx tracking number provided to monitor your shipment on their website. You can also use FedEx Delivery Manager to customize delivery preferences.
- In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder: The Ryder team will contact you to schedule delivery and setup once they’ve received your order - usually 7–15 business days after purchase.
On the day of your delivery appointment, you’ll be notified when they’re about 30 minutes away.
